I love shrimp and grits. It's even better if you add andouli sausage, butter and a good stock. I can my own. 1 cup grits with 3 cups of stock. Fry the sausage in wheels first. Boil the grits for about 3 minutes before tossing in the shrimp. To die for! One or two diced up jalapeños makes it even better plus a cup of shredded smoked gouda cheese ❤
