Flour, salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, water, sausages, potatoes
Recipe
1. Mix and prepare the dough ingredients (Leave at room temperature for 30 to 1 hour until it swells twice as much)
2. Boil the sausage for about 1 minute (remove the salty and oily taste)
3. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and prepare them
4. Coat the sausage with dough and coat it with bread crumbs (original hot dog)
5. Put the dough on the potato hot dog (if you put bread crumbs on it first, the potato won't stick well) and coat it with bread crumbs (potato hot dog)
6. Fry for about 5 minutes at about 160 degrees (if it rises in 2~3 seconds with a little bread crumbs)
