I bought the ABIB overnight mask. I bought two at the same time. I took both with on my last visit to my Dad’s place. He had some eczema patches and some age spots and he was having trouble with itching. I gave him the pot of ABIB and he loves it. He uses it on his forehead and areas in his scalp that were giving him issues. He’s really impressed. It’s restoring the skin barrier. It’s done wonders for his discomfort and it’s fading the age spots. He’s 88!

"Skin barrier restoration and health" .....where i live, from the amount of prescriptions i go over daily i can definitely say that derma physicians do not prioritize this vital point, and they just prescribe some kind of sulfur and topical steroids and a moisturizer that's too basic.

That APLB lotion and sunscreen is really good! Already finished a few bottle of the lotion~ and almost done with my sunscreen tube ~ (I am not as good a remembering to use my sunscreen every day when in a hurry in the morning lol) It's so affordable as well so I can easily buy it without ruining my bank account 💕

The haruharu AHA cleanser (unscented) is also a great option for combo and sensitive skin as it's a gentle and soft but effective gel cleanser! Was eyeing the abib mask but instead purchased the newer haruharu probiotics rice essence as the formula looks promising. Love your Korean favorites videos bc your recommendations have helped so much!

I recommend Fancl sunscreen for those with oily T Zone. I use makeup and I find that this sunscreen is great for holding on to makeup. ( Make sure you still do your toner-moisturizer skincare first) . Yes even when your nose starts to oil up , just pat with a tissue , it will become matt again. The sunscreen seems to hold on to my foundation, not letting it slide away. 😊

A few more k-beauty suggestions for you. Medi-peel has a neck cream, collagen naite thread neck cream. It has those threads that some folks like in their products (it does have fragrance). As for masks, there's the Medicube collagen night wrapping mask. It goes on like the Abib and you let it dry down before going to bed. Another BOJ clay mask is the ground rice and honey glow mask.

Skin1004 in the thumbnail. I've recently bought their sunscreen. Used it for the first time today. The texture seems okay, I think it may be better for Summers, texture wise, my skin is a bit drier these days. It made my skin sting a bit for the first few minutes of application. I wonder how I'll feel about it after using it for a few more days. I hope I can like it. It's quite pricey here! 🐇

Hi. I used to have really chapped and cracked lips. I started using Cerave Healing Ointment on my lips overnight, and it transformed my lips. My lips are now soft and plumped from less water loss at night, and they also look lighter (natural pink). I hope this helps. I use Torriden Korean lip balm or Kiehl’s during the day.

Looks like you got generic tretinoin which is fine. Watch her videos on how to start a retinol. That’s a low percentage but you can definitely have a bad time if you’ve never used it before.

I just tried the Abib overnight mask, and unfortunately, it still stung the areas where I have significant peeling and broken skin barrier. Could glycerin cause burning if applied to areas of the face where there is broken skin? I've also read glycerin in non-comedogenic, but if too much glycerin is used it can make oily skin even more oily.

Hi Doc. Do people who shampoo frequently need to moisturize the scalp? Is there a way to do it without weighing down the hair - a gel maybe? I wash my hair every 1-2 days as I have oily skin and dandruff. I don't put conditioner near my scalp as it sits too heavy and makes me look greasy.

Dr Dray washes her hair daily. She uses conditioner to the bottom portion of her hair. She does say to make sure with the shampoo that's applied to the scalp, to wash out thoroughly.

😂. You must be joking if you think other products can cause permanent Hydration other than a few hours. It's not meant to be used daily like your regular Moisturizer. You're supposed to use it before an event you want to be extra for. It's not a miracle drug.

@ no. But my regular moisturizer doesnt wear off after 3 hours. If I had to remoisturize every 3 hours, it doesn’t make sense. You need a better moisturizer if yours doesn’t last more than a few hours. Mine lasts all day.
