I was in a rush so whipped up a quick jjambbong aka Korsan spicy seafood noodles recipe and did some Mukbang while I was at it.

I'm craving this tbh. Just gonna buy the ready to cook Shin spicy noodle and add the veggies and seafoods. I think that works as well

I love me some Jjampong, especially in the cold winter. This is the real fire noodles. Chef Cho got that slurp on point 🔥✌️

On Atkins low carb so will have to reduce gochugaru, add more squid, shrimp and throw in more cabbage to sub for noodles! Thanks for such a n easy recipe - never complicated C! Thanks!

Yeobosayo~ Chef! I really wanna make this for my Dad, he was stationed in Korea for most of his military career and hasn't been able to find a jjamppong he likes here in the states; problem is I've never really worked with seafood before - I know you probably have a ton of questions from people, but I was wondering if you could explain how you prepped the clams for this? Do I need to pre-cook them and then add them in, or should I just toss them in and let them cook that way? Just wanna make sure I do your recipe justice and I noticed your clams are already opened. Thanks so much (not just for this but also for making Korean food more accessible to plebs like me!)

Yo chef Cho that’s extra fire! I find using frozen seafood always generate lots of water... should I dry all that up first or does it make a difference in taste?

I always prefer fresh seafood but when I make recipes I just use frozen seafood so it’s easier for people to understand and cook. But nah def don’t fry up your seafood. That’s where all the extra flavor comes from!! 🙏🏼🔥
