Hi, that side dish is not a sliced asian pear. That is sliced radish. Also, dukbokgi is the spicy version of the rice cake. It is just rice cake in your soup and not dukbokgi. I love your videos and I am just making some corrections for the viewers. I hope you don't mind. :)
that wasn't asian pear, that was just radish sliced up with some sauce

I love how you guys review food. After spending several days watching other food vloggers, it was a pleasure coming back. You give honest assessment of food and what you like better than others. It helps those of us who are planning to travel to these areas. With some food vloggers, it’s difficult to get a sense if something is not good because they seem to gush over everything or like everything. It doesn’t ring true with me, because as a dedicated food lover that dislikes very little, I can at least acknowledge the foods I don’t like or where some place is better than another. Thank you for your great videos and honest reviews.

"Dduk bok gee" is the spicy rice cake dish that's a popular street food. What you meant was just "dduk" in "dduk guk".

Wooowww!! I am a big great fan of South Korean food! It all seem soooo tasty. I can't remember if I have ever tried any... but it all looks sooooo fantastico. That last restaurant was amazing. That soup with the dumplings... oh man, it made me hungry looking at it. I really love and appreciate soups that have a clear broth, and with just some chunks of veggies or food inside. Yes, like I said, that soup made me fall in love! I would like to try those korean fish cakes one day.... It seem so tasty... And i LOVE fish! Thanks Luke ! Merry Christmas!!

Interesting method of cutting the fish cakes just before dropping them off in the hot oil. I remember eating hotteok in Korea in winter, & it was lava hot! I don't know how you managed to hold it & eat it off the grill like that. The drone footage of the mkt from above helped visualize the market size. Thank you for another great video!
