I love cooking whole chickens. This recipe looks perfect with the rice. I live in a small town and sometimes I cannot find exotic foods so I would have to use regular dates instead of jujubes but I am sure that I will love it. Thank you for sharing.

우와!! We have roast chicken a lot in the UK but this is next level 💜 Do we need to cool the rice down before stuffing the chicken?

You can use either cold or warm cooked rice. Both work! : )

Fully cooked is good. You may stuff left over rice which is even better. I used short grain rice but long grains works as well : )
