@@starlife9372 if it's the one around 9:18 mark, i think that's marinated chicken already, they marinated it already and vacuum sealed it for delivery in their various outlets, that's mostly done on the drums and wing part.. that's way too off to be blood colored..

stricter food hygiene regulations also mean more expensive food though. Countries that have "cheap" (relatively, if you don't account for health cost) street food usually have very loose food regulations

My compliments to the dish washers. Everything looks brand new in spite of the fact that the equipment must get used repeatedly. The meticulous care they take in the preparation of each item is impressive beyond words. This might qualify as street food (or fast food) but it's bordering on art.

@@tamara3724 As oil gets dirty it gets a bad flavour and does less at the same temp. For example if you use oil for only potato's it lasts well. If you put pumpkin or anything with sugars in it gets dirty real fast. Anywhere you do the volumes these guys do you have a filtration setup under the fryers and you can clean the oil twice a day with no problems. Under heavy useage you may even be doing a half empty each day and a full replacement on day two. Fried food is great but it needs real clean oil to have a clean taste.

Nothing worse than getting fries that taste like fish and chicken that tastes like potato. Our local uses oil over and over and over. By the end of the week you can't tell what you're eating.

Yes! They always have something for everyone. I was able to get barbecue (both American and Korean obviously.), Pizza (American), Korean street foods (Chicken, Shrimp, tteokbokki, and a whole host of different soups, noodles, and lots of other yummy snacks). It's really nice the variety that Korea has vs other countries and since it's not a large country relatively speaking you can travel to a different region, get food, and travel back to Seoul or Busan.

I think it is pretty obvious by how clean everything they're using here looks but just to answer your question, I lived in Korea a year. They're pretty clean over there. Much more cleaner than the states where you see trash everywhere. Almost everywhere is spec clean in Korea and for the most part they wear gloves when handling food. I even got called out for not properly categorizing recycling. lol

Yeah actually I'm more impressed given the amount of oil and flour they use how spotless their spaces are, it's incredibly well maintained. The plates and trails are super shiny, the cooking wares are spotless clean.

When I was in Korea, my favorite street food was from this guy who would park his food cart outside the bars. He would deep fry whatever you wanted. I used to get shrimp, peppers, and mushroom. His food wasn't as elaborate as this, but it was really good. 내가 한국에 있었을 때,내가 가장 좋아하는 길거리 음식은 술집 밖에서 음식 카트를 주차 할 사람이었습니다. 그는 당신이 원하는대로 튀길 것입니다. 나는 새우,고추 및 버섯을 얻곤했다. 그의 음식은 이것만큼 정교하지는 않았지만 정말 좋았습니다.

I'm on a salt free diet and low carb as well. I eat my bird food while watching food channels like this and people eating. It surprisingly satisfies me lol. You might want to try it if you are on a diet and having to control what ever health conditions you have. I have high blood pressure.

Absolutely wonderful to watch. Everything is golden brown. I’m getting ready to start my cancer treatments. My teeth were destroyed compliments of the fentanyl patches I wore from being electrocuted. The remnants of my teeth were removed. I’ll be able to get dentures but not for 6 months or so from now. First stop-medium rare prime rib, next-hot wings. I’m drooling right now looking at this beautiful food. 😎🤘

That food looks great and so are the portion sizes. I would rather eat from this place over any fast food place in the USA and I am an American. We could learn much from our Korean brothers and sisters. One Love

The best part of the video is the lack of talking. There's a thousand and one videos with people narrating loudly over it. Subtitles fair enough but I love the fact we just get the see the people at work doing what they do best.

What's there not to like? I was surprised that they fried the entire shrimp, but my Wife says that's ok if its fresh. They looked fresh. Wish we had a food outlets like this in Iowa!
