I started listening K-Pop thanks to Super Junior. I was amazed by their vocals, and after a year and a half, I started to listening to another, thanks to their interactions with another groups, mostly SM. SM groups really are something else about vocals. Every artist in every group can sing really well, but SuJu is my favorite and beloved one, because as you said, they have their own color, their voices show each other's personality and together harmonize perfectly. I really love Super Junior's music and the subunits. They're the best, I think that SHINee it's my second favorite group, they are really amazing! Then EXO, TVXQ! NCT (all subunits)! And the Girl groups, we have Girls' Generation, Red Velvet, aespa, f(x)... Thank you for share your experience working with my favorite artists! ^^

@stilapixie - exactly my sentiments! I’m so surprised he hasn’t mentioned EXO when discussing SM vocals? Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy the groups that were covered here and they are all amazing but Exo are considered vocal legends and I would have loved to hear Director’s comments. On a side note, I was so pleased to see some focus on Kim Junsu (Xia), he is such a legend!

스엠이고 하이브고 아이돌 뭐 계속 나오겠지 근데 랩은 차치하고 아이돌의 기본 요소 외모(피지컬)+보컬+퍼포먼스 이 세가지가 완벽에 가까운 그룹은 내 기억엔 "동방신기" 가 유일하다고 본다. 방탄도 물론 잘하지만(랩은 두말하면 입아프고) 근데 솔직히 말해서 보컬은 잘 모르겠다.(보컬라인이 못부른다가 아님! 오해말기를) 멤버들간의 화음의 합이라고 할까, 전체적인 소리의 어우러짐 이점에선 방탄보다 동방신기가 앞선다는게 개인적인 견해...그래서 앞으로 아무리 많은 그룹이 나와도 동방신기 정도에 이르는 아이돌은 나오기 힘들듯하다고 본다(나 카시오페아 아님!)
