I don't know the name of the host, but she is my go-to ever since I started making Korean food. She is absolutely lovely and reminds me of my own mom. Affable personality, lovely narrative and easy-to-follow directions. I was under the impression it was so difficult to make Korean food since my mom told me to study rather than help her in the kitchen (lol). I can now make four recipes with ease thanks to her. Thank you, Korean bapsang for the confidence!! Cant wait to see what you all cook up next.

Aww hank you so much for such kind words! Deeply touching and encouraging! My mother did that too. Study! I'm happy to hear you're getting confidence, and it'll only get better with more cooking. Hugs!

That sounds delicious!!!!!!! I usually make mine with bone in chicken thighs and carrots, onions, celery, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, mustard seeds, parsley, and apple cider vinegar. I want to try it this way

I can’t wait to try this !! Now that the weather is getting chilly this seems like the perfect dish ! Oh and by the way it kind of reminds me of how my Mexican mom makes “Caldo de Pollo” but she doesn’t shred the chicken and she uses Oregano instead of ginger. But anyways can’t wait to try this ! Three thumbs up for you 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️
