Korean chicken soup aka #samgyetang for two - two small whole chickens - glutinous rice 80g (was and soak it before using) - two stalks of leek or 4 stalks of spring onions - one large onion - 20 cloves of garlic for the broth, and two garlic cloves each for the rice inside the chicken - 8 dried dates Season the soup with salt, pepper and serve it with some fresh chopped spring onions. It would be nice if you could add fresh ginseng in it. But since it’s difficult to find outside Korea, try the recipe without ginseng, and it’d taste just as good✨
