Glenmorangie 12 and 14 are the best bang for the buck where I live, and as someone who enjoys bourbon I like the less peaty Scotch.

I'm not a big fan of Scotch but I can have a finger or two of Glenmornagie ever now and then. It might be because I went to the distillery tour when I visited Scotland in 2019. Just a little biased.

I think they need to do a bourbon video again, loved the 1st one. have they done something like RUM? or a tropical drink set, like Pina Coladas etc, Beamaide (Jim Beam and Lemonade) Long Island Iced teas and other hard mixed drinks that kick your ass, a few of the Honey flavored like Beam and Jack honey etc. so many still to do! they are so entertaining trying all these. :)

Having years ago interviewed Britain's top whiskey expert, and then gawped at rare bottles of whiskey with crazy prizes like £27,000 or £50,000, I can tell you that Irish whiskey was regarded as the world's best whiskey until the 1930s, and Prohibition in America, when alcohol was banned. Irish whiskey makers stopped selling to America - but clever Scottish whiskey makers were smart enough to sell to Canada, where alcohol wasn't banned, and Scottish whiskey was smuggled across the border into America, creating interest and customers. Then when Prohibition ended, it took Ireland years to reestablish trade with America, which by then was more used to Scottish whiskey after years without Irish whiskey. In truth, both Scottish and Irish whiskey are today regarded as the world's best, equally.

Chacha has taught us that she doesn't enjoy liquor, in any variety it seems. My guess is she can't handle ABV above 15-20% (soju level)

Worth mentioning that By Law, Irish and Scotch whisky, its illegal to add flavourings or sugars to make it more palatable. The flavours have to come entirely from the fermentation, distillation, process; blending too for blended whisky. Unlike almost every other type of spirit worldwide.

Buffalo Trace is ok. Big fan of 1792 Small Cask, Four Roses Single Barrel, and Angels Envy Cask Strength. Would love to see a reaction to any of these as they're a different beast from Buffalo. I especially love to watch Chacha react.

The Famous Grouse is only popular because it is cheap. Bell's or Glenfiddich would be a better choice, however if you want premium then a nice 12 year Bunnahabhain. Also Bourbons are not whiskies, I don't care what Americans say they use a similar process of making it but it is different ingredients all together. It is like saying you can build a Ferrari car with a cheap Ford car parts.

I live in Kentucky where we make Buffalo Trace and it is not a Whiskey it is a Bourbon, There is a difference. Bourbon can only be labeled as such if it is made in Kentucky everything else is Whiskey, The best is Pappy van winkle and hard to get
