@@kylefrank638 honestly, there’s been a lot of cases around the world with killers and stuff. You can also argue that with ghosts but there is no concrete evidence of their existence. The mystery to their name they uphold makes them scarier in these kinds of movies.

I feel like a lot of people know this at this point after 2 movie releases, but just in case, I'll explain. During the IT scene when it zooms in really close to Pennywise's face before the bite, one of the girls asks "Is it computer graphics?" She's probably talking about his eyes. No they aren't. (They might've used cgi to enhance it but I don't think they did.) Bill Skarsgard, the actor who plays Pennywise has lazy eyes. Basically, if he relaxes the muscles around his eyes, they can just go off in completely different directions like that. From what I remember, the director of IT talked to Bill about his vision of Pennywise, and he said something like he wanted Pennywise to have these really crazy eyes but that they would have to use CGI. But then Bill just moved his eyes on command without warning. I don't think they even knew he could do that when they cast him as Pennywise. Probably saved the movie a decent chunk in CGI and time.
@supermellow1x2654 жыл бұрын
Not only that but he's a contortionist. In the first movie when he was in that cabinet, none of that was cgi. He legit made his body contort like that.
@isabeaublea80084 жыл бұрын
Really ? I didn't know any of this
@DragoDerRebellXD4 жыл бұрын
Yep that is correct. They did use some CGI to enhance the effects to make them look "worse" but the actor Bill could do the contortions and eye thing on his own. The weird pennywise smile is also fully his own work and not cgi enhanced

Scary movies to show: "the ring"; "Veronica" (is a film inspired by real events); "Scary stories to tell in the dark"; "hereditary"; "Saw"; "Babadook". They might also react to spoofs of scary movies, have taken scary movies and have turned it into comedy movies "Scary movie" is super fun and movies are great. Greetings from a Spanish woman who lives in France. I love them ! ♥️

To be honest, Scary Stories to tell in the dark wasn't really meant to be scary but it still had the same effect but just the story line incredibly well thought out

When a movie called "House on Haunted Hill" came out, I saw it in theaters, I was 11 year old. It was the most horrifying thing I'd ever seen on a traumatic level. Ever since, there hasnt been a horror movie that has scared me. It's like I'd already seen it all and know what to expect. Horror movies dont scare me anymore. Now that I'm 32 years old, the most a horror movie can get out of me is a flinch as a result of a sudden loud sound effect or moment in the music, but nothing visually can get a reaction from me these days lol.
@petitesweetgirl234 жыл бұрын
There is a scene in that film where the woman reporter is snooping down in one of the rooms and this tall man appears in the room that's on the other side, and just suddenly appears in front of her screaming, that scene made my life flash before my eyes.

I saw the original black and white version of that movie at 2am once. Scared the crap out of me. The one part where a woman is on her bed and she can hear this sound coming from the hallway. boom, booM, boOM, bOOM, BOOM! The booking sounds getting louder till it's right outside her door. I looked down my dark hallway just waiting for that sound.

I believe if the motive is unknown it is scarier, the concept of not knowing your enemy and their reasoning to attack is what makes it truly uneasy (Fear of the unknown messes with everyone). Horror movies in general don't scare me but I do give credit where it's due and I absolutely love psychological horror.

What's interesting in the video is that the people seemed to make themselves right at home, as if it was there couch. They just straight up took their shoes or footwear off and crossed their legs. Typically in other videos, the people will treat it like an interview rather than a viewing experience.
