Korg KDM-3 Metronome review. The Korg KDM-3 is a digital metronome with a lot of options. For me it is the best metronome for guitar practice.
I used and practiced with the Korg KDM-3 for 2000 hours now and it still works great. I use that metronome every day and it´s still perfect for me.
This is my honest unsponsered review of the korg digital metronome.
I show you all the functions and some reasons why you should buy the korg KDM-3. One of them is the timer. The Korg KDM-3 covers nearly all possible beats and you can adjust the click by 1bpm. It has a lot of sound options and a headphone output. Only thing missing on the metronome is a display light.
The Korg KDM-3 Metronome is the best metronome for me!

I've had a KDM-3 for almost 4 years, and never realized I could connect it to my amp using a 3.5-mm cable like that. Thanks for the tip. The one thing I don't like about this metronome is that the tapered shape and lack of texture can make it easy to drop.

I usually practice to a metronome or a drum loop, depending on the mood. Definitely a must-have tool to learn to play ON the beat, at first, and even BEHIND the beat or AHEAD of it, as all those options are equally as interesting and help you bring more color and subtlety to your playing.

My Korg KDM 3 arrived yesterday. It cost me Australian $95 including shipping. I can tell right away it's the best piece of gear I own. I used it for a few hours last night and I'm back at it today. I use the timer for 1 minute intervals to focus on specific parts. Definitely the best metronome for practice.

Thanks, Austrian! This has helped me to decide to buy this gadget. I would like a power input socket. Can you use rechargeable batteries? the tap-in function helps to obtain any tempo quickly, I think. I also like the instant stop and start button, which is more convenient than others.
@austrianpickingpower

Awesome! Good decision to buy that metronome! I always use recharchable batteries. Usually I have to replace batteries only 3-4 times per year because the metronome doesn´t require a lot of energy. The start and stop button is big which is great!

Hi, great and entertaining review! From what I could tell if you set the beat to 1 all the beats have an accent? Is it possible to get equivalent to beat 1, but to have all the beats without an accent for the selected voice?
@austrianpickingpower
@austrianpickingpower 8 күн бұрын
a very good question! If you set the beat to 1 each beat has the same voice and accent, if you set it to 4 you will get the first beat louder than the other 3. I hope this helps a bit
@ozrenbalic6051
@ozrenbalic6051 5 күн бұрын
@@austrianpickingpowerI wasn't clear, so I will try to rephrase. I want the sound of the mechanical wooden metronome, but I would hate if all the beats were bells (the accent sound) when beat is set to 1. Looking at the manual, it is possible you can control this by setting the beat to 0 instead of 1, but I am not sure as they didn't explain what this does. If you could test it, that would be greatly appreciated.
