Here is a quick demo of the 2 minipops i serviced. Plugged through a Teisco Vocal 120 mixing amplifier and using its builtin spring reverb.

I love the sound of really old school drum machines

I'm the happy new owner of this MP7 😎 The quijada voice was way high-pitched. That was due to a loose/aged potentiometer. But was easily repaired.

I heard this and I felt that there was something familiar sounding, but then I thought of Oxygene part 4 by Jean Michel Jarre.

The first part reminds me of JMJ - Oxygen.

Yes this is exactly the drum machine he used on that album and the first combination of 2 rhythms in the video is oxygen part 4 pattern.

It’s a Teisco Vocal 120 5 Channel mixing amplifier with built in spring reverb. You can drive 2x 8ohm speakers with it. These mixing amplifiers were quite common in the 70s, either with spring reverb or BBD delays. I had a Korg Echo Mixer 570 (5 channel with BBD delay) but prefer the sound of the Teisco. Roland had the VX-66 but I never had the chance to test it.
