Fantastic. I've had my bass for about a year now, and I don't use it as often as I should. I'll definitely be trying out some stuff when I get home from work! Thanks again!

Hope it helps the workflow a little. Effects REALLY bring the volca's alive. If you already don't have a great delay, get one for sure !!

I don't plan on stopping anytime soon my friend. I'm glad you enjoy the content. I traded my Volca for some vintage 80s digital synths. I need to pick some up again very soon.

Cool, I never thought of using the octave knob that way. The 2 other parts fit very well. Good job!

Will be getting my first Volca early in December. I've chosen the Volca Bass and your channel has offered a lot of insight. I'll be pairing the Volca Bass with my Kaossilator Pro +. Any suggestions on a simple/mobile friendly set up as far as sound goes? I'm assuming I will need a mixer of some sort. Could you possibly do a video about some basic 2 instrument setups?
@toddsmithmusic31728 жыл бұрын
Yea, I you'll need a little mixer, midi cable and some audio cables. Some simple effects like delay really bring a lot to sound too. I can do a few videos with small hardware setups in the future and show how I hook them together.
@toddsmithmusic31728 жыл бұрын
If you see a nice priced used microkorg that could act as a mixer for 2 intruments and give you keys / more sounds. Might want to keep a eye out on CL.
@HrafnNordhri8 жыл бұрын
Todd Smith not sure we have CL here in Canada, but thanks for the advice. one thing I will be able to do is send the Volca Bass into the Kaossilator Pro plus and record some loops. I also have a kpmini pad.

how did it go? i am trying to talk myself into the bass
@HrafnNordhri3 жыл бұрын
@@jevogroni4829 absolutely love my bass even now. I've since added a Volca Sample. I also have the Korg Triton Studio and a Yamaha DX9. My volcas are fun but also act a bit like a sketch book getting ideas moving musically.

The same one I used in the PO-12/Korg Volca sync tutorial. Thanks for taking the time to check out a few videos and drop some comments. It means a lot to me, you have a great weekend.

Hi ! Can you help me ? I use the Volcas Bass + Kick + Mix ans I didn't find how to add swing on the Bass one... TY

I've been trying to convince myself to get the bass but then I go back to the keys or the FM. I keep watching videos trying to convince myself to go with the bass.
