Just bought this beautifully crafted pack after buying vol.2. For me as a Wavestate noob, watching these demo videos adds just as much value as the patches themselves. There are many KZbinrs with great content on how to _use_ the instrument, but this is the best instruction I've seen that actually teaches us how to _play_ the Wavestate. I’ve been doing synths for a long time-built one from a $500 kit in 1977-and the combination of my “new to me” $450 used wavestate mk1 and your sample packs is one of the most mind blowing interactions with a machine that I can remember. I bought your three packs in order and I feel like watching your programming abilities grow across them, coupled with the meticulous notes you provide is an education as far as diving further and further into what’s going on under the hood. The combination of all these things nearly brought me while jamming on December snow with Dmaj7 as base chord. Thanks so much for the obvious tons of work you have done. It’s amazing how much flexibility Korg has managed to build into this thing, without making it a nightmare to program. And combined with the excellent samples, filters and effects it’s truly a masterpiece. No, what they buy is a record containing some greate songs which they can extensively remix on their own. And btw.: the price is a steal. Yes, you can use these soundbanks with the Wavestate Native plugin on both Mac OS and Windows. 1. Make sure you run the latest version of the Wavestate Native application / plugin. This is very important, so don't skip this step. 2. Start the Wavestate Native application or plugin. 3. Select the Librarian in the upper right. 4. Click the hamburger menu in the upper right. 5. Select Import. 6. Locate the file "WF3 Berlin School Ambnt.wsbundle" and click Open. 7. If you get a dialog box saying "This import contains factory sounds. Skip them?", click "Yes". 8. Wait for the import to complete. 9. All the Performances have now been imported into the Wavestate native application / plugin. 10. In the Librarian, you now have a collection named "Waveformer 03". If you select that collection, you'll see all the new Performances. Double-click a Performance to load it. 11. If you go back to the Editor, you can select the new Performances by clicking at the Performance selector at the top Please let me know if you have any problems, and I'll be happy to assist you.

It comes with around 240 factory presets, more than 700 factory programs, around 1000 wavesequences and over 2200 multisamples.

These are amazing. I have a bunch of questions if you have tine: 1. Out of curiosity do you ever do stuff in different time signatures - 7/8 say or 5/4 - would be quite interesting with this kind of music and I've not really heard it done. 2. Do you load any of your own samples in? It sounds from the demos like you are still using the built-in sounds all be it in amazingly clever ways. 3. I also wondered if you've looked at the OP Six - it's not as deep as the Wavestate but I've got some great sounds out of it. Really fun take on FM.

It actually very easy to do 7/8 and 5/4 time signatures with the patches I create on the Wavestate. If you play 5 notes, the arpeggiator will repeat those 5 and you’ll get a 5/4 feel. If you change the wave sequence loop lengths to multiples of 5, you’ll emphasize the 5/4 feel even more. I haven’t tried 5/4 beats on the Digitakt yet :-). I have just barely played with loading my own samples on the Wavestate. None of my soundbanks use custom samples. It’s something I plan to explore more. The OPSix sounds like a very interesting synth indeed, and great for sound design. I might get it some day :-).

I have previous two banks and found out that vol 2 fit better with my style of music, and in general most of the patches works very well with any kind of chords I lay down and with upbeat tempos as well. So just curious to know if this third bank lean more forward on previous vol 1 or 2. Many thanks
