Thank you very much for your tutorial. Very clear und logical. But... I dont understand the relations between - wave lane - wave sequence - program Also a question about the program: When I load a Single Multisample or a Wave Sequence on A, it shows on the layer programm "Init program". Why? Same issue: On my presets, it shows on Layer programs on one performance on A "Organ1, but on Single Multisample i shows "Syn: White Pad". Why it shows not the same? And more difficult: If I change the program, than the multisample change. If I come back to the program "Organ1", now than it plays "Organ1". Thank you!

hi, Is it possible load a sample (vocal on shot or fx for example) and assign to a specific key? meanwhile the other keys are playing other sound (like a split)? thanks

Is it possible to upload my own sound samples ( leads, basses, drvms, voices, etc. ) and mix them with other layers to create new own sounds ?

No. But to be honest, you probably won't need it, you have more samples onboard than you will ever need anyway and you can modify each and one of the existing ones to a thousand new ones.

ah and is there a way to modify enveloppes on all layers ? so it could emulate a multi osc synth

Map the mod knob to amp level or just use vector joystick

Is it just me or do the waveforms sound like the Triton from 20 years ago? I don’t hear them as being high quality. He was playing them dry. But they still sounded low resolution.

I agree. From everything I've watched and listened to, it's a very capable machine but the actual sound is definitely a bit "weak". It sounds comparable with the Korg R3 or Novation Ultranova. Maybe it's because it is a recreation of a classic digital synth, maybe it's to keep the price point, but a Blofeld, Virus, or VST's will still sound better for the money. It seems to be a part of the same trap Roland has fallen into, sacrificing sound for knobs.

@@Lespaulman987 if you know how, you can get a great punchy sound . for a digital, non osc. synth.

@@Lespaulman987 your 50% right, the basic waveforms are not impressive, but the filter(even if only digital) and enveloppes can make them shine

@@Lespaulman987 and a basic Sine Wave sample sounds the same as it always has .. !? everyone reuses their samples .. ! the Wavestation is more useful and music than many items at this price point .. it is not meant to be a Rompler ... it has a different job ... many samples do sound like the M3 ( updated last Triton - which is fine ) ... it does not sound like the samples in my Kronos .. ! that's kinda the point .. and Yes , i have both , plus newer Roland & motif type synths/workstations ..
