In following these steps I am not able to assign wave sequences to my set list. It keep defaulting to the Taste of Wavestate presets. I am looking at all kinds of tutorials for this. I wjust want to save my desired preset performances, or single multisamples to a set list. Can you help?

Great video! Just one thing... (Lol) The beginning shows an overhead view of the keyboard. But when you show how to change a parameter the angle is too oblique and blocked by your hand. Sometimes I cannot tell which button or knob is being used. If you could shoot overhead with a close-up that would be good. This is because some changes require two things such as hold enter and push arpeggiator button to access same. You might also mention how to get out of a field. I saw you once keep talking while you pressed "wseq steps" to return to previous menu. Just a thought or two. Cheers!

When I want to know which parameter is controlling a knob I find very difficult to get it. E.g. Perf Master knob is controlling Master knob, so I look for what is controlling the Master knob and I get Perf Master; the only way to know what is controlling is to delete one mod (in the example I found that the Master knob controlls the cutoff filter). PS: Sorry for my English.

Is there a way to play a lane without holding down notes on the keyboard similarly to the latch function on the arpeggiator ? thanks J Horrobin

do you mean a latch? press shift twice, go to home, hit right 4 times it should be the bottom option

I cannot find how to control individual send levels to the beautiful reverb, a major workflow issue

There aren't any individual send levels. Major flow if you ask me.

This is really Wave Synthesis in addition to sequencing. Great example of how powerful it is to use samples to work from instead of towards. One could envision a daw based on this concept with a keyboard / pad controller system to complement it. Instead of a wall of modular synth racks, as many touch screens or designated knob stations to control different parts of the daw as desired. I came up with "groove shadows" 20 years ago because I saw that sound design would gobble up regular instrumentations lunch eventually. Instead of creating from music theory and instruments you are pulling from the spectrum of everything then using toolsets to work out the goings on of complex sounds, to forge new music terrain and structure.

How does the LATCH/HOLD feature work on this pile of junk? Why will the firmware not update ? I don't feel this synth is fit for the market....I would like my money back please.

Each video the guy wears another shirt which tells us he spent at least a whole day making one. The time he spent on it doesn't reflect in the didactic quality of what should be a tutorial. Too bad.

Thank you for the tutorial videos. Have had my new wavestate only a few days now. So much to learn and become familiar with. 2 questions: 1, is there any keyboard quantization function? When playing a fast rhythm intense patch, playing on the keyboard can get muddy rather quickly (very precise keyboard strikes necessary). 2. The (quite generous) scale functions are applied to what? Where in the sound path architecture are the scale functions applied?
