This song in particular talks about an imbalance (or a disconnection, according to the title) between dark and light that Jonathan is facing. Despite his awareness of these energies surrounding him, he states that it’s still hard for him to get a complete grip on it, due to the natural contrast (or, once again, disconnection) between the dark and the light. However, one can’t exist without the other.
