Mmmm idk man, i actually made everyone get off video games through my house, told everyone shut up JDs talkin, when that aired on mtv lol and i honestly think that creep cover, and the duo of JD and Smith from the Cure, Make me bad in between days, dude they were my two favorite singers when i was in high school, both were so unique, and i always thought man what would it be like to hear them together, and when he intro Robert Smith onto the stage i stood the fuck up like omg this isnt real, it was straaaaange how those 2 songs mashed together so perfectly and them together was just SFA lmao i may have cried a little. I know i did during that creep cover, JD says it got him through so many tough times and i knew exactly what he was saying

@glamrockroxy96535 ай бұрын
Huh yeah you can and they can't say anything because K-pop fans are very aggressive towards people who say K-pop is ridiculous. It's kinda silly to think that a genre of music is "ridiculous", and above all if they have emotional lyrics or music style like Korn where K-pop is based on the badass/good mood essentially and not the emotions like anger, sadness or revenge. It's like... different and only people who really listened to metal and tried to understand the lyrics and feel the emotions can say something about the genre

*For those unaware of how deep this song really is, its title is actually referencing a certain passage in the Bible:* _"Let me sing for my beloved my _*_love song_*_ concerning his vineyard: My beloved had a vineyard on a very fertile hill. He dug it and cleared it of stones, and planted it with choice vines; he built a watchtower in the midst of it, and hewed out a wine vat in it; and he looked for it to yield grapes, but it yielded wild grapes. And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, judge between me and my vineyard. What more was there to do for my vineyard, that I have not done in it? When I looked for it to yield grapes, why did it yield wild grapes? And now I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard. I will remove its hedge, and it shall be devoured; I will break down its wall, and it shall be trampled down. I will make it a waste; it shall not be pruned or hoed, and briers and thorns shall grow up; I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it. For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah are his pleasant planting; and he looked for justice, but behold, bloodshed; for righteousness, but behold, an outcry!"_ Isaiah 5:1-7 ESV bible.com/bible/59/isa.5.1-7.ESV *This is an incredibly relevant message in today's world (which some have interpreted as a race-war based on the Biblical context)---especially if you're reading this comment in June of 2020, during this George Floyd fiasco.* 💯 However, if anything, I think the song itself is about Hitler (or a Hitler-like dictator of modern times): *Mother!* _[read: Germany]_ *You're holding my heart, screaming!* *Motherfucker!* *They left me broke and bleeding!* _[read: Germans suffering from the inflation that was caused by the Treaty of Versailles after they lost the war]_ *Son of!* *The man you loved and left for!* _[read: the "Jew"]_ *The son of a bitch!* _[read: the Communist/Bolshevik]_ *Who tried to show me death's door!* _[read: Hitler believed Germany lost WWI because of the "Jews"]_ ... *Arms to kill!* _[read: Hitler's rearmament of Germany leading up to WWII]_ *Or flowers to steal!* _[read: Hitler's annexation of Austria]_ And I could go on. 💯

@@jackrotz2139, I never said Jon was quoting scripture. But I'm quite certain that the song's title is a reference to scripture. 💯 In fact, if you listen carefully, there are a lot of Biblical references throughout KoЯn's musical history. ("Weeping rose of Jeremiah" is another Biblical reference from the song _Hypocrates_ off the same album.)
