I mean, pretty big difference in general between apologizing for "a stream we had to cancel because the game literally didn't work" and apologizing for "a heated gamer moment" They could have just said "Hey sorry stream's busted" in a tweet, but they wanted to provide at least some entertainment for the people who waited to see a show, because they're professionals. If they ever ACTUALLY did something wrong, I'm sure they would take it seriously and apologize sincerely, because they are professionals.

This was on Miko's stream so she's the one controlling the character models, moving Korone and controlling her own facial expressions all while delivering on the comedy lines. The fact that it's so seamless that nobody realizes Miko is doing it speaks volumes. She's hands down the best at using the char models, immersive as all hell.
