((This is my opinion and what I have gathered. Might not be correct but don’t be that person)) This is for all the people that is saying this is abusive or illegal. Well yea it might be true. But look at his other videos. The otter seems happy. I don’t think he’s smushed between the chair. Otters have long body’s so they need support. And because of that fact he can’t just jump. And the owner probably doesn’t want him on the table but doesn’t want fish everywhere and for him to possibly drag it around. Some places it isn’t illegal to own pets like these. And do you know where he lives? Then you can’t really know. And you don’t know the otters story If you don’t like this cuz you believe they should be in the wild. If the otter was in the wild it..might not survive. Just a fact. Other animals could eat it or humans could force it out of its home making houses so this might be the best choice for the guy. Again. Opinion. And what I’ve gathered. Don’t hate But on that note. ITS SO CUTTTEE I WANNA HUG IT AND MAKE SURE IT ALWAYS FEELS SAFE AND HAPPY

I've been lucky enough to see North America river otters in the wild among many other animals. The one thing that always stood out about otter's was "high energy."
