I was aware of Bikini and its adaption for Counter-Strike and for The Specialist (HL1 Mod) but didn't know there was a competition around it. Cool facts and thanks to you man, I immediately downloaded all the maps mentioned in the video. They're awesome looking and are worth playing.

I remember the maps and the contest but had forgotten the turnout. I have no idea where Sebastian (the owner of CSCentral at the time) is these days, but the leadership for the site has completely changed in 20 years, probably to no one's surprise.
