Persian Kotlet recipe | Iranian meat patties | Iftar recipe
Ingredients:
Minced meat-300g
Potato - 2 ( medium)
Onion-1 ( medium)
Garlic podes-2
Salt-1 &1/4 teaspoon ( as per your taste)
Paprika-1&1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmuric-1/2 teaspoon
Egg-1
Oil for frying
Method:
Grate onion and potato, squeeze the juice.
Grate the garlic.
Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 30-60 minutes.
Make small oval shaped patties and fry until the meat is done.
