Hi, the 2 pod is Dolce Gusto,. The ones I used are 2 part with a milk pod, and coffee pod.

Hi, I haven't personally used coffee pads in it. I would presume they work fine, but can't say for sure without having tried.

How do you deal with leaking from the sides, and how do you make an ice coffee with it, and can you make tea with the coffee grind part of it ? Please

Hi, I haven't noticed any leakage from the sides, but I know some people do mention this. Might be an issue with the seal or seating of the water tank. I don't drink ice coffee so not really sure. I have used the coffee grind part to make green tea which works fine, but not traditional tea leaves.

Hi Chris, thanks for doing the reviews. Have you tried to change the volume setting as per bottom of p.14 of the instructions? Not great English, but states up to 90 seconds. I tried this and it only made a smaller amount and so ended up doing a factory reset!

Hi, I haven't tried to change the volume setting. I find it dispenses a consistent amount most of the time, but on some Nespresso pods it has dispensed short. I came to the conclusion wrongly or rightly that the pods were the issue either too tightly packed or not piercing correctly, and have not had this issue with the current ones I am using.

Hello, I have this coffee machine for about a year and love. Lately it wasn't staying on the power, I did factory reset but now there is no power. Any idea?

Hi and thank you. It is for first use or if the machine hasn't been used for a long time. It is for priming the water through the system by removing the water tank, and using the pump to push water through the system.

Does this have a UK 3 pin plug connected to it.

Hi, yes it comes with the standard 3 pin plug fitted. It isn't one of the adapter plugs either if you know what I mean.

Hi, it just lifts vertically,. It has a small guide rail that it slides back onto when replaced.

To really get a nice hot cup of coffee, I'm trying not to fill the water container to full capacity, so the heating mechanism can heat the water to max temperature. Am I correct about this? Thanks for your videos on the Kotlie too.

Hi, the water container does not heat, so in my opinion it makes no difference to the final temperature of the coffee.

The water is drawn through the bottom and heats within the machine.

@@cydt4ever Hi, I also had a search through the manual, and apart from a couple of email address's there seems no real support. Have you contacted the vendor for help as the sales contract is with them, so they are liable to assist if it is within warrantee.

I watched a video on Amazon and when it locks they say to unplug it for 6 hrs until the pressure releases then when you plug it back in, you’ll be able to open it.
