Hello Everyone, Welcome back to Bapama's Kitchen. Today, we will show you how to make a tasty, old and forgotten recipe known as Kotombari Airavat.
This chutney is sweet & tangy and has been called the green panchambrat for its resemblance to the traditional prasadam that goes by the same name.
It can be made quickly using simple and commonly available ingredients and goes very well with many other dishes such as idly or dosa. If you're in the mood for some traditional sweet chutney, then this is a dish that you must try.
INGREDIENTS:
75 Grams Coriander Leaves & Stem
75 Grams Jaggery (Grated/Ground)
1/2 Coconut
3-4 Spicy Green Chillies
1 small marble sized ball Tamarind
1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt to taste
Water to Grind
