I love your Bappama's style of explanation,as she said she explains so well that even a newly wedded lady will understand well. I liked her verbs bharsuka, & rakkouka ! The vessel in which Undies are made is Peddavan,! We (CSB) call Atti for this vessel. Nice explanation Bappama! Godda rus or godda paak is a nice accompaniment for Unddies. Very yummy !!!❤❤

This is so healthy n awesome. I am familiar with Konkani food as I had immediate Konkani neighbours. Thank you Bapama! TumgalAe recipe palaonnu tondak uddak sutlAe. Magali Amma kartali & tAe magalAe favorite aashilAe. A twist to this was she would occasionally add patrodAE Peeth (filling of aluwadi/patra) ..so these would turn up savory-spicy-tangy. It was a recipe she got from her sister . So remembering my late Mom & my late.Paachi & sending them my pranams & thanks for giving this to us for years. And thanks Bapama for sharing so many other Konkani recipes ..it’s so pleasant hearing you..pls keep doing this. ❤

In Tamilnadu culture also, we make the same. We also add, curry leaves and hing to the tadka. Flavor enhances. Truly very tasty

Yess, we also do similar stuff in Tamilnad, but we don’t put fenugreek. Curry leaves n hing add special flavour. Add little ghee also for additional flavour. The only difference is the jaggery dip. Kids would love this. In that also can add, dry ginger instead of pepper, and cardamom. Nice watching an yummy item. Have subscribed right away for a Konkan flavour👍😀
