Why do they scream ?? I've never seen the Soke, or the japanese Dai Shihan screaming when performing the tecniques,

It's called kiai-jutsu. The purpose is to control the opponent's ki, as well as add more power and focus to the techniques. Soke Hatsumi talks about it in 'Ninjutsu -History & Traditions'. My guess is that Soke and the Dai-Shihan are using internal kiai when applying their techniques. Hope that helps!

Metalmess it is called ki, helps with zanshin, focus, focuses once attack or defense, comes from the core, also intended as a phycologicall defense on the spirit / evil intention of the attacker. Most important, the sound places the tong in a certain position so should you be hit in the jaw, you won't bite it off and drown in your own blood. And lastly the breathing is directly focused on the point of the attack, ey, ya for attack and to for defence. Ninpo has many direct explanations, and more hidden kuden. It is a beautiful nasty art. Remember nin is the propagation of peace. Yet if an attacker intended to victimize a ninpo practitioner they will quickly find themselves to be the victem instead.
