Hello sis..enakum l4 l5 problem dhan...my l5 moved front side 75 percent... And also muscles around l4&5 is weak... So i can't able to bend when my knee is in straight position... Daily activities are very difficult for me... My two delivery is caesarian only... After delivery i can't bend after morning wake. (This is the only issue for me) but 7 month before i did plank exercise to reduce my tummy fat... After that only i got severe pain in my lower back and now iam feeling pain in my right buttock to right backside thigh... Even though I can't bend... This pain affected my daily routine...ortho doctor told me to do surgery after seeing MRI... Now iam taking accupuncture treatment for past few days... And also i am thinking to do ayurvedic treatment... Please suggest me which treatment is best because u are also having same problem like me... Tell your suggestion sis....
