Since you want to point out about DC being a father. A father, wouldn't let that happen to begin with! Wayne has given DC chance after chance, because he doesn't want to kick DC while he is down. Sometimes you have to push people to want to do better for themselves. Heck... Wayne still let DC have his job on this scene and Wayne drove, while DC has alcohol on his breath. So ... Wayne was speaking truth to DC it definitely wouldn't be a good idea to let Jada leave with him when he just had an accident with her in the car. She just finished telling her father she doesn't trust him to keep her safe. Knowing she had cuts and bruises on her face, whatever other injuries and DC was arrested that would be irresponsible for Wayne to let him take her when the smell of alcohol is prevelant on DC right now.
