Also Ernestine can use the footage of the doorbell ring cameras that will show both Sean and Maxine being on her property. Have the teacher go with them as well because Sean lied to the teacher about him being Ernestine's brother when he was trying to kidnapp Ava. Their should even be cameras at Ernestine's job when Sean was there in her office harassing and threatening her. This is more than enough information to get a restraining order on Sean and Maxine and put Sean back in jail.
