North hardly knew who Kim was until she started walking and talking and became so photogenic. Then Kim was more interested. Someone must have pointed out that if she was going to use the baby as a prop for mommy bonding shots, she was going to have to be around the baby more because North kept looking at her like "who are you?". Kim always looked at the camera and not at North as moms usually do. She just couldn't help herself. It has always been all about Kim and kids do pick up on that. She probably loves them to the extent she is capable, but her self-absorption gets in the way. She is just not cut out to be the mother of four kids. That's a tough job and outsourcing everything will not end well. She can barely manage one kid. Not being judgy, I'm stretched with just two cats myself. Projecting is a hell of a beast. Sounds like the mom Kim wishes she was to her kids is what is triggering towards her sisters. Kloe has always been the family girl who loved and doted on others. She has her faults like we all do, but she has a soft and caring side to her. She is capable of showing affection. Kim on the other hand never really shows her affectionate side, at least in my opinion. So I can see how she can come across as a hands off type of mom. She is capable of being a provider, but she may not have maternal instincts, hence why she seems cold in the eyes of the public. I’m sure she admires her sister’s way of parenting and wish that she had their gifts. And therefore in her lack she becomes defensive and in essence lashes out. This is my personal opinion only.

Khloe also was put in charge of the Jenner girls when she was a very young teenager, maybe 14 at most. She even fed them their meals. Kris was busy pushing her husband's career. They even taught underage Khloe how to drive so in an emergency she could take them to the doctor or hospital. Both Kylie and Kendall have said they think of Khloe as a mom.

I am a great grandmother now. When I was young, I was a single working mom when I lost my husband. I had 8 children, the oldest was 11 yrs old. In those days it was acceptable to whip they asses. Mine knew that if they messed up n I wasn't home, the babysitter would do it for me. A trusted neighbor might whip that ass. A teacher too. I might not have been there as much as I liked, but they knew they had eyes on them at all times. Those same people would also help them with homework, comfort them and yes even do their hair. I heard constant praise on how respectful my kids were and still are. It's a different world today. Sad for the kids
