This is probably the first time I clip something more...*sigh*..."serious", and I was a bit hesitant to do it, but I personally think these moments should be clipped just as non-serious clips are, only with a little bit more caution and delicacy, so as to not misinterpret what is being said, so the editing here was kept to a minimum.

Did not seem real until I saw Hachama play Minecraft and she pass by broken Rushia house. Then it hit me that we will never see her fix her house or walk the server again. We will never see another Usaken with Rushia. No more pettan joke, no more possessed Rushia rage, no more getting a win in fall guy without realizing it. Saddest part in all of this is that it was just a big misunderstanding that caused a girl to panic and everything spiral out of control.

So it was only a matter of time before they found out about that. But that’s got me wondering. Would Cover have found those leaks if the misunderstanding never happened? Was the misunderstanding the key to her getting fired?

My opinion is that it wasn't the KoreKore incident that led to her termination. It's very likely she was actually leaking confidential information and FALSE information that could ruin Cover's reputation. Cover themselves said Rushia leaked FALSE information and it doesn't line up with what Rushia shared to KoreKore because she wouldn't be sharing "false" information when she tried to clear up she wasn't dating. All she did there was send a picture of her room and her DMs with MafuMafu, neither of which fit the description of "false information." If that's all Rushia did, I reckon she would've gotten just a suspension. There are theories (no evidence assumptions) that say that she was leaking the real names and relationship statuses of her fellow Holomems, but I think it's more likely Rushia was engaging in NDA-breaking activities probably long before the Discord incident happened. MafuMafu was just the catalyst of it finally being discovered by Cover.

Oh Kiara, her heart is so loving for her friends and seniors. I remember responding the same way. I was playing destiny 2 trying to complete a dungeon quest for the gallahorn. And I was getting super pissed off, then I checked my Twitter and saw the news. Felt like my soul got punched and I just shut everything off. I hope rushia can still be happy, and bless Kiara for being such an amazing person.

Firing her, deleting all of her content, practically erasing her. It seems harsh, but then you realize how much worse they could have made it. Not only that, but they're waiting until the end of March, over a month away, to remove all of Rushia's content. It's as if they're quietly allowing fans to save as much of it as they can, to preserve Rushia's legacy properly. All in all, I get the feeling that Cover only did what they did as a last resort, not because they wanted to. And I also feel that they're subtly trying to encourage the preservation of Rushia's memory through the fans.

Even as a company, the move is far from a smart escalation, financially, and from a HR aspect as well. It's like no one considered what situation she was actually in, that her life was in real danger if she hadn't gone this route, and throwing away the person who literally is a huge part of your company itself with what their hard work has brought in is telling of a pretty ancient corporate culture. There was no reason ever to not handle this with a suspension of a month or so. All in all, the worst moves possible from everyone involved, spiraling into inexplainable madness.

The moment Rushia's termination happened my biggest worry was Kiara, knowing how much Gen3 meant to her. Being present at this stream, I didn't even know what to say to Kiara besides sending her pien and heart emotes constantly. Was like 3am-5am for me when she told this story, about Kizuna Ai and the EN off collab, and I felt that urge to force myself to keep staying in stream to keep her company bc she needed KFP that moment. I'm glad she told her side of the story and I just hope she feels better after a night's rest.

The main takeaway for the Rushia situation here is that Kiara, as one of the more transparent members that sometimes tests what the managers allow her to say, understands as an employee that what happened happened and the fact that she understands that but still feel anguish as a fan speaks volumes about the situation. As fans we're rightfully sad and angry… but if we put ourselves in their working shoes, we could understand that whatever happened warranted the unfortunate decision of Cover. It's hard on everyone, but I for one think its harder for Cover/hololive emotionally and financially.

It just fell very sudden at the time because when I heard about Rushia in some drama, I didn't expect it to end like this. I am glad that she has friends that deeply care for her. I remember just having that feeling of guilt and sadness wash over me when I saw a video title called “Rushia graduated today” or something then seeing that her contract was terminated made it worse. I was aware of the drama that involved her and I even made a comment on a community post that said,”We can’t loose another one”. Seeing her not graduate, but get FIRED really made me feel sad, we had lost the battle. Together with it being late at night when I found out felt like someone finding out that something bad is gonna happen while everyone else is unaware. Hearing Kiara say that she cried because of what happened really hurt. That night I knew the pain everyone felt when Aloe and Coco left.

I agree, but I also understand why Kiara wasn't notified. On a different branch, in a different time zone, far removed from legal and core managerial decisions, she's just too far down the ladder to be quickly notified. And maybe the message was getting to her/Genma, but news travels faster through Twitter. Cover usually learns from these situations, so we might see the results of better internal communication the next time something happens.

Part of me is thinking about the Therapist's point of view. She was just doing her job. Nothing out of the ordinary. Trying to rearrange Kiara's posture, only for Kiara to seemingly start crying out of nowhere. And the rest of the visit was just awkward panicking to try and make Kiara feel better, part to calm Kiara down and part guilt because said therapist felt like she may have caused that dam to burst.

I'm glad that Kiara honestly talked about her experience of the event, because it's close to what pretty much everyone was feeling on that day. Especially with the disbelief and the difficulty in processing the news. To us, as people that had no real clue about Rushia's overall situation, everything came as a shocking crash. But it wasn't a freak accident, at least not entirely. A series of circumstances can lead to a seemingly unexpected result, what we learn is to not take things for granted, and to think about the kindness we show to others.

Listening to the story a second time doesn't make it hurt any less. Still, it was good to see Kiara had made her peace with it (at least enough so) to be able to talk about it the way she did. Legally I can't fault Cover's decision, and given the circumstances I can't blame Rushia's actions. The whole thing is just too sad all around. I just hope that behind the scenes the third gen, all five of them, will remain friends. At least a certain biker gang leader has implied that she's not abandoning a friend that was there for her during her own trying times.

Lacking in sleep can really put you on edge and prone to break downs, what happen to Kiara is understandable, sleep deprived, shocking news, trust issue(can't talk about it with strangers and bcuz of work) and being lectured to if this all happen to you at once your rationality will really be affected especially if your sleep deprived, Rushia's termination hit me in unexpected way, I just watch her through clips but when I heard that she is being terminated I felt lithargic, Kiara feeling pressure from that is understandable especially Kiara has that "idol smile" this is just what I felt watching her from clips so this is just my "OPINION" What I mean about "IDOL SMILE" is that personality where even if they are feeling pressure they still need to maintain being positive to not worry others but still keeping distance, in other words they maintain a persona for their followers, Kiara just give me that feeling from her it's like she in desperation to the point of thinking to herself if she doesn't maintain the image the people gave her they will leave her. My opinion(Ik no one ask) on Rushia's case at first a felt grief but in the I accept it, the decision of the company is fair she broke the term of the contract but no should be driven to this point, stop hating and having crab mentality, stop being possessive they are persona of a person not an object you possess, I'm gonna receive a lot of hate for this but I'm gonna say it, it doesn't mean someone is being nice to you they like you, they're just feeling obligated to do it.

i totaly agree with you. These clips, give a snense that.... not everything is easy. and i personaly tweeted about this, and to go a little more in on rushia. she was just trying to make it right again. but with in evolving an leaks about NDA, depending on how serius it is, and with i beeing as a result of an company taking reputuional damage. it was pretty much an close case. and well, Cuz its the reson for the termanation was cuz of an NDA "breach" the other hololive members cant talk much about it and there is not much to be said other then what has been said. and to get back onto the actuall clip. There is other hololive members that feel the same way as the audience. i feel like a lot of people mistake ther rest of the streamers in hololive for taking stuff as just an company / work matter. if u get what i mean. but this goes to show that, the rest of hololive dose feel with us. and not only the JP sector but also the EN sector of Holo corp. sometimes it might not come out as it, but its cuz they are trying not to bring the topic up due to feeling sad about it themselfs and to not make the veiwers themself feel sad about it more then what they have allready been. im gonna cut it short here. i could have gone on about this for literaly an entire A4 page, but that is quite long for the YT com. section. lets wish Uhrua Rushia the best and hope to see her pop up again on her freelanser side, if thats even a word.

It makes sense that this hits close to home for her in many ways. Kiara has always made it known that Pekora was her Oshi, well before she even joined hololive, So Gen 3 is probably the generation she came to know and love when she fell down the rabbit hole. Having someone from Gen 3 you admired who was now a Senpai and friend gone from hololive mustve hit hard. Obviously they can still communicate IRL but it still rough for hololive as a whole.

Its hard for me to accept it too. There's multiple people and agencies at fault but at the end of the day, Rushia's not coming back. Rushia's not graduating. The fans will never have the closure they deserve. We're not sure what direction Rushia will go or if she will ever decide to stream again. I'm willing to follow Rushia in whatever form she takes.
