If the game ain't running, the layer is just transparent so it wouldn't be an issue. There was a small delay between game sound starting, and game becoming visible, but OBS doesn't capture windows instantly, it can take a few seconds for the check to run and the window to be recognised. I still think it's staged, but not based on the game being visible.

She'd be watching his every move and make him report whatever he was doing at all times. Think she might have hired a private investigator while trying to catch his "cheating" too. After he bought a house for them, she lived there alone in their house while he had to stay at his old place. Then she trashed the place and would often bring the other guy to that house. Left her pet's ashes there as well when she left. Mafumafu eventually found out about the cheating, the other guy actually didn't know about the whole situation and helped Mafumafu with getting evidence. Rushia started to spread bad rumours about Mafumafu on the internet, a lot of it was traced back to her. She lied about him being abusive to her pet and much more. Basically destroyed his reputation. Now he's suing her for all that slander iirc.
