Question for you. I have the proflame 2 setup. everything is working. The only issue i have is that I cannot adjust the flame height. I checked the ohm readings and they are at 345. The dc voltage reads 5 volts when you turn the unit on and it drops to 1.25 once it starts which i think it should be a 3. When i try to adjust the flame height it stays on HI. I put my finger on the motor and do not feel it doing anything when i use the remote to adjust the flame height. This never worked and has only been installed for 2 months. Any ideas of what it could be. I do have a warrant into the place that i bought it. I am thinking the stepper motor is not working or the control unit is not working correctly. Any thoughts on this.

my chaska has a pilot light and it is in CPI mode like always. The last day we had high winds, cold, snow and some rain but notta unusual besides wind. The flame would turn on but quickly dissipate. Today the sun is out and no wind but is still having the problem. Any ideas? i called the dealer and they blamed the high wind. i looked up at my cover on the roof and nothing seems odd. No birds or any can get in. It has intake and outtake flexible pipes. Please help if can.

I don’t know how to set my remote to where the fan comes on when the fireplace lights and goes off when the fireplace goes off….
