I got my thermostat icon to show again by following the instructions in the replys here ...."remove battery and hold thermostat button while you put the battery back in". It worked great but I lost the 'SMART' thermostat option. How can I get that back??

After this is on for 10 minor so the remote stops causing a tone in the fireplace, have to manually reset by taking cover off fire place shutting off, what's the deal with this?

i have the bayport 36. I see that proflame has a wifi dongle. can i use it with the controller of the bayport? i want alexa to control it.
