Additionally, a multi-million dollar settlement has been reached with the family of a woman who died at the Las Colinas Detention Facility. Meanwhile, yelling, swearing, and other disorderly behavior have forced San Diego supervisors to call timeouts at public meetings, impeding the people’s business.
