@@religiohominilupus5259What you describe here was always my dream…especially for my reclining yrs which I’m now experiencing. I’m an animal lover with dogs being my favorite, resulting in me having one or two as family members at all times. Fast-forward to NOW, I suddenly had a Stroke that left me bedridden/wheelchair bound. Hence, I can’t even very well take care of myself & feel like I’m burden enough without asking others to care for my pet as well. My last little sweetie of almost 13 yrs, died after a serious ailment several yrs ago. I’ve yet to get over it!😢 I wanted to share my issue because, sometimes, people have extenuating circumstances which prevents them from doing certain things…like personally caring for a pet. Let’s remember THAT part!🤔

Left by themselves. No, kid should feel this way. The stories are heartwarming and I appreciate every one of them. Steve you are awesome story teller. I look forward to your next one. Every one of us, appreciates your stories. Keep up good work and God you. Also, ones in the stories.

All of these stories made me cry for happiness progressively more each story. But Zippy Chippie's story broke me! My mother had always wanted a horse her entire life, and finally got the chance when she was in her 60's to hug a retired Standardbred mare in her teens. That horse could bloody move, let me tell you... But she didn't want to cart race. After she refused to do what she was bred to do., she was retired and put in a pasture alone for a decade. We had to make a plywood door the night she came home... Then go catch her next door at 2 in the morning. For another decade, she tortured me when I tried to ride her, let kids climb all over her every weekend. We moved my mother to Oregon a long while ago, and we took Kitty Legs along... I was the drover and there was never a problem... Kitty knew she was going home. She died a couple of years ago in the company of friends after a life doing what she wanted. See, she knew she wasn't a racehorse.

The last video truly moved me.... I know exactly as he feels. Mother NEVER loved me or did anything positive for me. All she did was to try her best to destroy my persona, to the point that she would daily beat me, hurt me, emotionally, physically, mentally, morally abuse me. She would tell me to slip in a fruit peel and die!!!! She rejected me and hated me with every single cell in her body. The things I "had" to endure!!!! Yet, I became and am closer to God because of her. That only fact, made it all bearable and worth it. I grew up to be a person who protects children, the handicapped and the elderly!! I do not want them to go through the pain I had to endure....... One curious fact that I found on the last video is that I cannot cry, unless it is because I believe that someone elderly, child or handicap person is suffering and it just brings me down to my knees!! May God Bless that Child!!

😢😢😢 You are very observant & empathetic to notice God's creatures. ❤ Once I saw a mother duck trying to cross the busy 4-lane with her large brood. I wanted to stop & help but I was afraid I would just cause her to bolt into on-coming traffic & get killed. I thought maybe she would figure it out. When I came back by, she was dead on the shoulder & the babies were nowhere in sight. 😭😭😭 "Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father." I cried tears of joy. It was a miracle because we were going through a rough time & that area had tons of traffic. Then he got out AGAIN... & that time no one found him. 😭😭😭 But I'm really happy for those people, I can imagine how thrilled they must have been to get him back! Happy tears for sure!😹
