Bicolexpress is not actually a signature dish from Bicol, It is originated in Luzon actually and the main ingredient of it are the green chilli, shrimp paste and the coconut milk they just added pork to it, they named it after the train station "Bicolexpress" as they are selling this dish right beside that train station.
