For those who are not familiar with Kpop, they may claim that Kpop groups are “identical”, or “indistinguishable”. But that’s totally not true. In fact, entertainment companies always create new and appealing styles as well as concepts to make their idols stand out from a sea of talented new artists and groups.
Despite that, a huge number of skilled and good-looking trainees would still be eliminated by companies as they do not fit the concept of their prospect groups. Even after overcoming a lot of competition and successfully debuting, some idols are still said to not visually fit their groups’ concepts and here are some examples.

Yeah, Eunchae and Garam were the two youngest members and they have that kind of relatability. With Garam out of the picture, there's an obvious age gap between Eunchae and the other members, she's 3 years younger than Kazuha who's now the second youngest. Being the only adolescent left, she's obviously going to be far behind in terms of skills but she's gonna get there eventually.

Namely Chaewon and sakura being fearless joining or being in the new group with new concept, new style, new dances and new trend. Kazuha the ballerina being fearless on how she will showcase her dances in the group. For Eunchae's case: When it comes to the stage she is the least noticed, I will say that. But like many people said she is still getting used to everything. The tight schedule and keeping up with VERY TALENTED AND FAMOUS members. Of course it's no question why she is the least noticed but need I remind you, being a Kpop idol is more than just the stage. You make content to entertain fans as well, and we get to know the members on a personal level like knowing their personalities and such. Eunchae's position as the 'maknae' of the group definitely fits her, 'cuz we have this stereotype of the youngest either being cute and kind or chaotic and likes to tease. She's a fun twist 'cuz a lot of maknaes now are kind and like a baby. Gentle, cute etc. But Eunchae is the latter, she teases her members a lot and we get to see a lot of funny interactions between the group because of her. If Eunchae wasn't in Le Sserafim and Kazuha would've taken the role of maknae tho Kazuha is very cute indeed, she's also very elegant which makes her look very mature. Eunchae has a lot of room to improve and she will seal her place in Le Sserafim but it's only been a few months and people wouldn't even give her the chance to do so. She's also talented, all of them are strong dancers like what? Plus she also mentioned that it's only been a year since she had learned how to sing, so cut the girl some slack and give her time. For her cute visual, did y'all see their reaction video to the Crimson heart Promo video. Everyone was complimenting about her visual and how she looked beautiful in that video, so you see. Her visual will eventually form into a much more matured look so give her time to be a teen while she is one.

i used to think that's as well until i seems to realize many companies actually did choose one or two member that not fit the concept purposely for balancing the interests and not making it boring. and i actually agree with that. and usually this kind of image are being held by visuals. jisoo is like a box of paradox, that you wont knew until you open it wit h your own hand. I do agree with Jisoo and Eunchae. For Dahyun, I would say she does fit Twice's concept; she is just the most uncommon name that people rarely hear when they think of Twice. They are just underrated. If I had to choose between the girl bands for Jisoo and Eunchae, I would say that Jisoo would do very well in Everglow because of the surreal and mature image. Eunchae would do very well in Oh My Girl, along with Sullyoon because the both protray an innocent, cute and iconic concept.

jisoo fits sm more tbh. blackpink is a more rough and fierce type group , meanwhile jisoo just doesn't fit that concept .
