I once read a post saying that "Kpop is not a hobby" and I was confused, like, since when? Just because you (the crazy stans) make your entire life about your favorite artist it doesn’t mean we all have to! I want to enjoy the music and content of my faves, all that those people say and do doesn’t make them more of a fan than the people who don't... just get a life and let me enjoy my hobby!! 🌻

I won't lie I was shocked that I didn't do any of these but I don't. I think KPOP artist are human and they will make mistakes just like people who aren't famous. I don't idolize in that way. Do I like them? Yes. But I'm not extreme.

Lmao my sister calls kpop bullshit every time she gets in my car and it's playing (it is mostly what I listen to). Even the stuff I think she would like but nah she refuses to listen to any of it except for the Monsta X english albums and stays stuck on 90s music.

The shipping thing: You can ship idols in a friendship or soulmates bff kind of way like its your fave duo but crossing the line its too much They be hating on the other members of the group just because they "ruin" their ship and they call themselves fans and STOP fighting over them ships too plz that's embarrassing and disgusting 2. Bragging about your faves achievement just to drag others: Your faves did a lots of achievements and they deserve it and you have all the right to talk about it but WHY you gatta drag the other groups like "my fav xyz group did that while yours flop" "your faves will never achieve anything like xyz group" "your faves have bad music thats why its not popular like xyz group" STOP congrats to your fav but why the dragging 3. Commenting on an another group post just to ruin their fans happiness: Twitter stans im looking at you i hate when they comment "xyz group did it first" cant yall say congrats and move on? 4.the hate on stray kids: I may be biased but the HATE skz has been getting from EVERY god damn fandom is alot whatever the boys do the hate stuff come running to them like plz leave them alone 5. Stop hating on multi-stans: Idk why y'all like to humiliate and make fun of multi-stan like their is nothing wrong with liking more then one group (I'm for example ult skz but im also an engene, nswer, and new exo-l and on my way to become a carat) 6.(edited) unnecessary fanwars: Idols are friends and most of them are BEST friends so why cant fandoms be like that as well example skz txt and ateez they are literally bffs so why cant we stays moas and atinys be like that ?? completely agree about 2&3, and your explanation of 1, shipping is generally okay as long as nobody is actually serious, or getting genuinely mad about their ships. 4&5 I think just apply to every group. Obviously since you're a SKZ stan you'll see the most hate for them, just like Army sees most hate for BTS and Mys for aespa. Whoever you stan will always seem like their getting the most hate because you're most in the circle, and it sorta applys to 5 because when you're in multiple circles you'll feel more hate. Although I will admit that hardcore fans gatekeeping others who like multiple groups is insane. I don't see it super often, but like at that point clearly they aren't supporting the group, they just want to feel superior for any reason.

@@solacee4327 For 1 yes agree people be over analysing these interactions and its disturbing For 5 im a multi-stan so my twitter is every fandom im a blink army a moa and ext but im an ult stay, engene and nswer I agree every group gets hate and no one deserves it everyone is talented and amazing in their own way but if i tell you twitter stan are all over skz at the moment is insane The fake rumours about felix are everywhere, the hyunjin bullying accusations are back and its worst, the searches about them are so messed up It feels like hating on them is a trend not only skz but nmixx and aespa as well the poor girls are being tossed everywhere and im not even a MY And the multi-stans hate is just ridiculous maybe you dont see it but believe me fans who stan one group are so are annoying (dont get me wrong you can stan as much groups as you want even if just one group 💗) but some of them cross the line (i remember SOME armys attacking a girl for being a stay and an army and calling her "leftover" and saying "she shouldn't meet jimin if she listens to others)

She mentioned MAMA but thier criteria is skewed towards popularity so i do not understand why they are complaining over that. If they want their faves to win awards because of quality music, then KMA exists(Korean Grammy)

Honestly, all these end-of-the-year K-awards are based on popularity I'm sorry but MAMA invents new categories every year like it's either you keep them or don't put them. It's never really about the music because if it was about the music some artists that are also really talented would win but since they are not that popular they don't get invited. Dreamcatcher is a good example. And if a Big Artist is not attending they also won't win like be for real. We have literally all of SM artists and some YG artists as well. The only one that gives awards to every artist is AAA(Asia Artist Award), bu even them, they have some of the weirdest categories like, the new generation artist wtff is that even?

The one thing that almost made me walk away was the shipping thing. When I was a new ARMY I saw a few videos about how close V and Jin were. I thought it was cute, of course they’re close, they are all like brothers right? Then more videos were in my YT feed. Some of those were not showing the guys as good friends but trying to push them as actual couples. The videos were actually not shown to be what they originally were about. Heavily edited etc. to try to show something that wasn’t even there. These guys deserve a private life. Whoever they want to be with, to love etc is their business.

I personally hate when kpop stans call their favs "The Best Vocalist of Kpop" or "The Best Rapper in Kpop" when they dont even listen to any other kpop grps.. Like how do you know?? I would understand if they called them one of the best but THE BEST is just wayy too biased and when corrected they fight abt it even when they dont know anything abt music.. Like I dont stan EXO but I for sure will accept that EXO's vocal line has one of the best vocalists in kpop period.. And mind you I stan SVT.. You could say that about any fandom though. When I first got into kpop I only saw fanwars and every single fan group just being awful. I stopped engaging in that type of content and now I almost never see it. I realized that every group has toxic fans and every group has nice fans. It’s impossible to not have both.
