At one time my statement would labeled paranoia, but in today's world it's food for thought🤔 It was proven that pilot's who flew the planes into the Twin Towers were educated here in the US...a Mensa member is not required to realize the United States of America is under attack in various acts of crime..."We the People" have been I infiltrated...just as Nikita Kruechev warned decades ago!!! Is our government unaware? Certainly not, but are "We the People" being alerted by OUR government? Quite the opposite... Food for thought people...Kruechev said, "we will destroy you from within!" I was only a child, but his warning was clear & rings clear...my concern is lack of protection from our own government🤔 Power grids being attacked, cell service interruptions, USPS mass theft, electronic pymts being intercepted...no need to site further🙄 We are being infiltrated, our government is deliberate in this immigrant action while persecuting the citizens/taxpayers of the US. All the while this charade of an administration stands b4 us with their ignored "word salad" stupidity! These two are presenting as nothing short of mental patients! I've personally never trusted Harris nor Biden, but this puppet show is with purpose...while they become mega wealthy & oppression/theft/ruination is running rampant...while the "rats" are jumping ship🤥 Now call me crazy while watching your investments sink lower each day....

Several years ago, my mail (a utilities check payment) got stolen after I deposited it in one of those blue mail boxes. The box was right in front of the Post Office. The bill didn't get paid and I had to go to the bank and cancel the check. It messed up things for me for a while but eventually got sorted out. Ever since, always deposit my checks inside the post office and haven't had any problems since. However, just recently, I did have a problem submitting my IRS forms to the IRS through the post office. I had them put the postage on the letter but, days later, it was returned to me....making my tax forms late to the IRS. I took the letter back to that post office and complained. The post office lady looked very puzzled as to why my letter had been returned to me and she re-sent it again. Haven't heard from the IRS so I guess all is ok. Another time, I ordered new checks from the bank...when they arrived, I was missing one box of checks. I went to the bank to stop payment on those checks, but then days later, the box was delivered and I went back to the bank to allow those checks to be used.

That is the only way I will mail anything, like bill payments, because before, I made bill payments by dropping them in the blue boxes right in front of the post office. It messed up by account at the bank and had to cancel the checks. Anyone can drive up to those boxes and reach in through the slot with some kind of grabber and pull the mail out. NOT SAFE! Also as a Mailman I can tell you announcing to the world with a flag on a box that there is outgoing mail which is almost always people paying bills (and a few cards) is not the brightest idea. Every time I have a fraud event at our bank, they make good on the fraud (helps if you find it right away!) and then I have an extra layer of fraud prevention added to my account, with more fees, of course. @operationpaperclip39522 жыл бұрын
This seems to be a commercial instead of a news report...and its in the direction of using credit cards online or cryptocurrency. But here's a solution when you're using a check: A company needs to build a perforator for the dollar amount which you are writing so no one else can erase your amount and then right over their own quantity. Also if there were to be a perforator that would type out the name of the person for which you are writing the check to.... Then who coyld steal your check? they can't manipulate it because there's perforations for the dollar amount you specified. But you will never see a machine that perforates with that kind of Solution to the problem Of forging checks, Because the banks are in on it they can always write-off What they are going to lose.

@pqr60282 жыл бұрын
Not always. Some billers either do not accept credit card payments or charge the customer for the credit card interchange fee in addition to the amount billed. For example, federal and state governments are required by law to have the taxpayer pay the interchange fee in addition to the tax due. Some small businesses do the same (e.g., HVAC firms, electrical contractors, etc.), so people tend to pay by check. In addition, since Covid some small retailers and restaurants now charge customers explicitly for the credit card interchange fee in addition to their purchase amount.

As of two years ago, no personal cards ever get to my box from people who sent them. This year I received two. First time in two years any came through. Still missing other cards from people who sent. When I complain, the staff just tell me they won't be found and complaining is useless. Another time, they told me I had to complain to a certain person, who is never in the station to complain to. We have also had our boxes broken into and the station never told us. I know the boxes outside had been broken into and they stopped allowing mail to be dropped into outside boxes a couple years ago. I do not trust the employees at my station as anything that could have money, gifts, or credit cards, or ID disappears after I get pictures the station received them.

What's nice about the indiscriminate nature of scammers is that they taught my kids young in Roblox that nothing but love and smiles are free. Whenever anything looks fishy we have a family saying we sing out in unison. "Free Robux, total scam". Or as it pertains to free kids magazine subscriptions for the low, low price of your parents email, phone, cc #, address and sanity. "Free bag and tote!!". Everyone is susceptible to scams, no one should feel ashamed to educate others with their story. The only idiots are the ones who let the scam continue for fear of shame in telling others what's up. Older people don't get scammed more bc they are stupid. They get targeted more bc they actually have liquid cash. That means you've worked hard and smartly saved, don't ever be embarrassed to say you got targeted for having a positive balance. You can't scam the poor, that's what the lottery and casinos are for. To scam people with only a buck in their pocket and hope.

I have a scam that happened to me where I lost my right to live at my family's home after my mother passed the local sheriff's department gave to my family home to squatters and put me out in the car which I lived in that my mother left me in her passing I lived in the car with my chihuahua for 13 months it completely changed me I'm not even the same person I was before my mom passed I lost everything I worked for all my life everything my mother left me in her passing besides the car which was an estimated value my mother and I priced everything 50% off and so that's what I went by when I made the list of everything that was taken from me was 94,000 then I found out at the end after living in a car for 13 months and my feet about rotted off not being able to take a shower and my favorite wet and dirty most of the time now I have a hard time walking my mom's car blew up I've been without a car for 5 plus years having to ride the bus Which injures me every time I do cuz they stomp on the gas and slam on the brakes and throw me all over the place and my poor little Chihuahuas overweight and I'm not going to have her very much longer because I can't walk her anyway at the end of the day these squatters it moved in on me and taunted me for 2 months I begged for the quartet and they failed to help me failed to protect me definitely didn't serve me in any way spent most of the time talking to the squatters before they came and talk to me when I was the one calling for help I was told by a sheriff that if I called for help one more time I'd go to jail and that's exactly what happened he squatters faked that I assaulted them when I never in my entire life ever hit anybody or kick anybody now I've got an assault on my record because my court appointed attorney told me if I didn't plead guilty to the assault charge I spend 6 months in jail waiting and everything I had at the house would be gone so I put guilty to it and then at the end of the day I found out that the squatters were a retired police Captain's daughter I heard while spending time in jail on the charges that there was a group of police officers that were taking people's homes and that's exactly what happened to me the last time the police showed up for me at my family's home after I spent 6 months by myself with my chihuahua cleaning up domestic my family made after my mom passed 6 months I set up a small estate sale and these Waters took it took all my clothes took my Mom's ashes broke into my mom's car that she left me with the crowbar and hotwired it and blew up the ignition switch. I live in the car for 13 months with a red engine light on 2 months after I moved in my new apartment after living in a place of recovery for a year the car blew up so far as I'm concerned local law enforcement owes me a lot of money can you help me I'm a civil rights complaint victim and I need help my pain and suffering is ongoing still today as well as my little Chihuahua Tinkerbell

Omg! I seen a video of a postal service worker being vishously being attacked but i had no idea why ? I assumed it was a private personal problem. Now i know. Whats worse is how the government postsl service is handeling it. For two years or more ive had hell eith geitting my mail. I thought it was eather a prejudice postal worker or because the area has a LOT more gentrification going on with lots more new residences

I actually got a job offer on InDeed. Never met anyone on FaceTime or in person. After answering the phone and talking to the Office Manager, she hired me on the spot and an acceptant agreement was sent to me within minutes. They did not even know what I looked like. I ended up not working there.

What about putting money orders in the mail to send a payment.
