I Weng for a cp73, but stopped because 1) reverb is for all sounds and I dont Want reverb on my el bass Sound on the pa, and organ on cp fairs because you cant have Both chorus and Leslie on, meaning not enough Air in the organ Sound, these problems is solved on YC Series , so now I have that in focus Issue on the YC is the one atack/relese knob, ? Nice demo, love that it’s not just playing some sounds 😊👍🏻

Great video as always Blake. I have the CP88 and the damper resonance effect is too subtle for my taste. I find it difficult to comprehend why Yamaha don't provide any depth/level control for damper resonance (except for on/off) on a PIANO-FOCUSSED instrument, yet DO provide that degree of control on the YC range?!? Given the beneficial effect it has on the ambience of the pianos, isn't it a grave oversight not to include it within the CP range?

A few things I don’t think this board does: setting an effects mid-point? Doesnt need its own knob, but should be sweepable. The FM engine: Why, really, can we not go deeper with it? Because as much as i love regular Hammond-style organ, I’m ready to go places with an organ-style synth engine of some sort that gets deep, utilizes LFOs, as opposed to the simple switch for accelerate/deccelerate, that Hammond organs and their clones usually are limited to(. As opposed to synths who’s parameters we can play with rate and depth) . And the string resonance that the p-515 has, whould be in here as well.
