I would recommend purchasing the largest mousepad you can find or a deskpad and then try to find a comfortable sensitivity where you can atleast turn your character 180 degrees in one swipe across the mousepad. I personally play overwatch at 400 dpi at 10 sensitivity or if i’m playing tracer then at like 12 sensitivity. Then to improve tracking I think just playing the game and getting more hours in is the way to go, try to guess where the enemy is going and start moving your mouse there. For widow and other 1-shot type of characters where it isn’t about tracking them a big thing is to look for patterns in the enemies movement and then put your cross hair into a position where they will walk into the shot.
