It's weird seeing you do all these hikes that I've actually done. Watched your channel for a while and seen all these great trips but seeing you in places I've been to almost makes the other videos even more real to me. Beautiful as always :)

I used to do car relocations for this trail, I ran it up to 6 times a week in order to get people their cars for the other side. Honestly the best trail run I have done anywhere and in my opinion even better in a good storm. Cool to see you head into the Valley of the Trolls. Love your work mate
@bigchief233111 ай бұрын
How long did it take you to run the full 32km?
@LTCrozier11 ай бұрын
@@bigchief2331 It is only a three hour run on a good day and 4.5 hours on a bad full stormy day. There is a race from The Divide to the Aspiring side and someone has done it in 2:38 I believe.

The truth is that you can be my son, however for me you are a teacher, your work is an inspiration for the careful care and refined cinematographic quality that abounds in your work. I always take more than one look at your publications, the first is more informative and fast, the others more careful and oriented to enjoy the details. Thank you for the gift of your videos

You did a great job at capturing solitude and joy of the Routeburn track. My wife and I went around 2022 and traveling from the Glenorchy side, didn't encounter a single other hiker. We were also a few weeks early from the official "great walk" season, so maybe that's why very few people were there. But your video also captured this wonderful feeling of being the only people on a pristine planet.

Such a cool take on the Routeburn Track. And the good weather made it all the more scenic. Absolutely adored the shots and sounds of the Keas. One of the coolest birds out there. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Milford Track as well.

i loved routeburn track. i did link it with some other track at the end to make it longer and that was great too. The weather was rainy the second half but i was prepared and it really only made it more beautuiful with so many waterfalls everywhere. that waterfall you stood at was raging hard. It was so loud and so powerful it made me stop in awe for a while.

As you know I'm a huge fan and you've inspired me to get BACK into hiking. I grew up hiking or TREKing with my dad and brothers. Trekking is hike/camping I believe. And then I did way too much trekking in the army and got burned out on it and have been a Ritz Carlton kinda camper ever since. But being retired and burned out on the glam Hollywood life I seek passion and inspiration to travel again and I think this will center me back to my roots and reconnect me with nature. Aidan said he's also interested in trekking and will start making those videos with me and having moved to Washington, what better a place to start! I did live in Switzerland in my youth and remember so well those amazing camping trips hiking with my brothers! Okay so I did stop by to say hello and thanks for another excellent video HOWEVER I must admire that you doing something super spiritual such as camping at a mountain top and then watching an EMMA CHAMBERLAIN video of her having an anxiety attack in her car in LA is such a contrast. I found it hilarious and know it was intended as a wink of irony. BRILLIANT. That poor girl needs to get out like her dad does. Emma needs to see your video and go for a hike with you. Anyhow really looking forward to hiking with you next time you're around the PNW. Lahitraoat!
