Man i love mine. Got it some months ago and after a quick set up (the frets were REALLY sharp straight out of the box) i couldn't had been more surprised. I changed the bridge pick up for an invader and added a killswitch, it has become my go to guitar whenever i wanna just chill at home or even some small gigs . Even though I must admit that i've been lucky since I've seen some other kramers like this one and lets say that quality control is terrible some had issues with the output jack or even the toggle switch doesn't work properly. IT REALLY ROCKS!! 🤘

Great video bro! I just bought one and the Floyd special is better quality than the one that came on my Wolfgang. I love the guitar, great body and neck . I put a JB in the bridge and replaced the volume pot. But it absolutely plays amazing!! I love it

I bought one last night that same color. I was not a big fan of any of the colors but its a screaming deal so... probably ships today. I might change the pick up covers and rings. I'm sorta boring about black pickups and black or chrome rings. Old guys have right to what they like... :)

@@Ranch5150SkinWalker Did your need much setup work. I got one of the Kramer Beretta Specials a while back and it had one of the best necks I have ever seen on a import guitar.

@@Jaloja the jury is still out on this one. I think the intonation on the low E is a little (tiny) bit off. I may have to move that saddle back a bit. It's really nice and set up well. The low e string was not tightened in the Floyd rose enough when I got the guitar so it kept going flat. So I took it out and stuck it back into the Floyd and tightened it up good. No issues anymore. Electronics great. Frets are excellent. Tuners are solid. Pickups are .... ok. They pass the test. 😎

Iv been looking at them for a while.. love Kramer!! Had a pacer in 80s w/original Floyd and Duncan's.. I LOVED that guitar 🎸🎸.. I agree 💯 the special gets a bad rap.. for the $ there fine

I think once this guitar gets the played in feel to it I will nhoynit much more. It's just very "woody" feeling in the neck. Maybe find me a set of Duncan's to slap in it! It's a good value. My only real complaint is knob placement. I may have to put that bridge humbucker volume in the front slot vs the middle. The bar gets in the way!

I have the old satchel model with the tiger stripe finish real Floyd rose Seymour Duncan pick ups with pus/h pull volume knobs was quite a bit more expensive but a great guitar

Hi there, I am in need of a Floyd Rose guitar with a whammy bar. I personally don't like Floyd Rose guitars, but for the price. I am intermediate guitar player who's been playing for 6 years. AX8 all the way. But.... delay and verb in protools in post mix.

@@gokhanersan8561 great question. The Fractal uses cabinet simulators and very accurate Impulse Responses. I have this patch set up with 2 cabinet impulse responses (stereo). I am using Friedman cabinets. Two separate ones just to make them sound a little different. I have discovered that you can adjust what is called "proximity" settings within the cabinet IR section of the AX8. It's all done on the computer screen since it plugs into the USB and has its own software. It's not too hard to do... heck I understand it lol. Anyways... the proximity settings make the cabs sounds really full. I spread the signal really wide left and right in pro tools. And with the delay and verb it sounds pretty massive. I hope this helps!

Yeh, my low e was doing that. I don't think the metals in the whammy bar hold the strings tight enough.

Mine stayed in tune very well for the first 8 months even with a lot of whammy bar abuse 🙂🙂 and then the low E and the G started slipping a bit out of tune, nothing too bad but enough to annoy me... So I simply replaced the little locking blocks in the saddles with better ones and voila 🙂 Not all affordable Floyd Roses are created the same and eventually I'll install a Gotoh or maybe a Schaller instead but for the next years it should be fine...

I have the same guitar for about 6 months now. This comment might get a bit longer, bare with me. I have to say that the quality control on these chinese Pacers is outright terrible. Here's a list of problems mine had: - Output jack had loose contact; had to replace it with a new one - 6 high frets; had to level them - volume pot for the neck pickup isn't working right, it doesn't 'close' properly; have to 'massage' it to get it to zero; needs replacement it in the future - the screw holes for the plastic cover for the trem cavity in the back were drilled at the wrong positions, so they just filled the old holes with toothpicks and drilled new ones - tuners are of subpar quality and machined badly, strings break at the tuner posts because the holes have rather sharp edges; need replacement in the future - finishing of the guitar is subpar; on closer inspection I can see hairline cracks in the clear coat I still kept the guitar because I actually like the neck shape and I do agree with you that the Floyd Rose Special is a decent system. Way better than a lot of cheap licensed Floyds. The stock pickups are fine. I like the sound and I actually like the look of them. I know you have replaced them by now ;) I wouldn't recommend this guitar, though. Since mine had/has so many issues I did some research and I have seen even worse ones. On some photos from online music stores I could even see that the neck plate was attached crookedly.

Cool guitar....pop some good pickups in it and you've got a nice "dumpy bar" guitar. If it gets trashed or stolen you won't be out much.

I played a couple of these today at Guitar Center and didn't like the tone. It was metal enough. They dropped them down to $199.00 It sounds too much like 80's metal. You definitely can't get those Dimebag Darrell screaming dives.
