Had mine out 10 minutes for the first time. Was not even jumping. Hit the nose coming down a snow hill and the bumper and the lower front arm shattered into tiny pieces. Must of been super brittle because it also bent the shock. Was not going fast and the hill was small. They should pretty much say.. don't play with this truck if it is cold out at all. Mine was also cutting out every 30+ seconds. Still steers but it wont go, wait a bit and it works again.

Bob Tawilger might be true but if it traxxas they would jack up the price more. With aluminum it won’t crack on you as long you have chassis support from keeping it bending more. If you’re bashing then yea go for plastic chassis.
