Kraton8s/Outcast8s C-clip (off/on) How I Do It; Removing & Reinstalling Main Input Gear & Bearings

After diff is removed. C-clip Removal & Re-Install. How I do it.
Was doing a FULL bearing cleaning and got stuck on this C-clip. Didn’t find a video with someone showing how they do it, so I figured I’d show what I do. Every once in a while, those bearings will need cleaning or changing. STAY UP EVERYBODY.
C-clip Removal starts 1:12.
C-clip Re-Install starts 5:24.

What oil do you use to oil the bearings

I have been using AM Arrowmax high speed bearing oil. You can get at amain for $8. www.amainhobbies.com/am-arrowmax-high-speed-bearing-oil-amx-210201/p590924 At this time of video, I was using 3 in 1. Both work.💯🍻

My c clip keep falling out what could be the problem

Not put on properly. I’ve put mine on wrong before and it’s fallen off. It will look on but not. Just make sure it’s seated around.

If you install it wrong it's gonna fall off on the spot. Mine installed correctly and i even pressed the clip to make it tight but they fall off again. So my suggestion is REPLACE the BEARINGS also,that way the bearings can FREE ROLL everytime you run your car. Peace Thanks

You know You can use that tool to take the C-clip off right? :)

Yup. But if I do. I use it just to make a small gap to pry it off. I mainly use it to put it on
