Got the same fairing, no instructions came with and this video was SUPER helpful!!! However...... I have a '96 Dyna FXDL.... and I can't get the head light mounted. I bolts from the top of the forks.. any thoughts?? Thanks!!!

I have a question? On my bike my headlight bracket that mounts to the extension block. Is wider than the block... Did you have to put spacers in between or did urs bolt right up? My bike is a 2010 Harley Davidson Softail Custom. It has a Dyna Wide glide front end tho. So theoretically it should work. The only difference I see is the mount for the headlight. It seems to have a wider opening. As if the blocks to skinny. Did you have this problem? If not I should be able to just buy some spacers of some sort, right?

When I ordered mine the suggested headlight block was the Memphis shades and I have a inch or more gap at the top. I wonder if the moons MC would be a better option. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

the way it mounts is to the bottom of risers and headlight so yes it most likely would work

With the mounting on the Risers, it's the bolt the only part showing on the bottom? My handlebars are moving quite a bit now with the bracket mounted on there

Sounds like the riser bolts arent tight enough

@@TrippHPjunkie yea I had to loosen the bolts and reseat it so the lock washers could flatten out. Still have movement, but very miniscule

I have Krator fairing and there is buffering. I was wondering how your turned out with the JD Custom buffering kit?...have you tried it, any buffeting?

there is some buffering but it is manageable no worse than a street glide with a small windshield hope that helps

Where did you get that aftermarket headlight bracket. My order didn’t include that on my Krator fairing making it impossible to install without it as I can see in your video it definitely needs it to make the install work.

Does it do a good job of getting wind and bugs to not hit as hard? I don’t have a fairing and the wind and bugs can be overbearing at times... does this take care of that?
