She makes the best women’s defense video ever. I love to see her in action and her tactics to self defense they look simple and effective. She motivates me to be strong 💪 and feel confident knowing that if we pay attention to her and with enough practice we can one day safe ourselves from crazy people out here. Ladies, please more aware of your surroundings, don’t use the cell on the street unless it’s really important and always have a plan in mine if someone tries to grab you or attacks you, we are living in dangerous times and people are not really trying to get involved to help others, they rather take videos of someone punching and stomping you to death.

You are great for making women aware and resilient in dangerous situations. I am an older man who can also use these tips against aggression or I apply it is a second, that depends on the situation. What's important to me is that I don't act like a victim that makes me more vulnerable. In the Netherlands, where I live, it is often young North African men. Who operate in packs, never alone, the cowards. Always looking for vulnerable people. And young women must suffer completely. Thank you very much

Thank you for your wonderful video. Your personality is also so fun! Another good tip is I try to never get into an elevator with a man or group of men. I just say "I'm waiting for someone" and take the next elevator. I know sometimes you can't help it if someone comes on board. But it's valuable to just try to avoid the situation.

I love this woman so much she is amazing and she doesn't only teach self defense but also self respect. I saw her videos yesterday as I was searching for self defence because I was gonna be in the same situation and I had no idea what to do and I was very scared but luckily I got away safely but now since I watched her videos I know exactly what to do if this happens to me again

In a real situation when start punching, mostly any opponent will start punching back before the knee attack and this is going to lead to a punching back and forward, in self defense we don't want to hold a fight, we want to finish it right away. In my opinion they should skip those punches everything else is just fine. Remember, not all girls weight 180 pounds or tall.

I think you've got that correct, but if someone attacked me I'd want to do enough fighting back to keep him from just finding some other girl to attack. And I mean to cause enough permanent damage to keep him from ever trying that with again with anyone. If I was a trained woman concerned with protecting myself and others from people like that. His eyes, elbows and shoulder joints can all be permanently damaged, along with the onnecting tube from his bladder to private part can be torn loose from the prostate gland leaving him unable to fight all that well again. The strike to the ureter can be deadly if he doesn't get medical treatment right away. In the best for him, he will need a catheter and bag the rest of his life, and again he won't just find an easier target to try that with.
@shinwook51456 жыл бұрын
Maybe is better to have the hands a bit higher (crossed as they were, just higher) to go faster into techniques faster, and not turning the back. You said saying no in a particular moment of the situation is one step before the hit. I think that maybe the mind should already by on hit mode by then, although the words keep being polite. Of course, the problem with all I said is, you maybe have an edge on countering that suckerpunch/grab/whatever, but you may explode the situation that maybe wouldn't have been exploded otherwise. I suppose that requires training XD the more I learn the more questions I have, and I'm still at beginer's level XD Loved the mention of the step, tiny detail that helps a lot. I like the way you did the technique, I have found some nice ideas on your chanel, so thanks : )

Itz Basilisk but in this world some are constantly afraid. We are taught from a young age never we be in a situation where you could get raped or jumped. You should use the buddy system and if you don't it's obviously your fault for not always having someone with you.
@julesyork78507 жыл бұрын
alanarich3 wrong. it's never the victim's fault that people are criminals and do things that are wrong. women fear men bc they are taught to protect themselves and bc they learn over time that it's very likely as a woman to be a victim of male violence.

These videos are very informative and I look forward to watch more! I'm currently taking Krav Maga classes and it is AWESOME! Although it's my second day, I've already learned how do effective punches, get out of choke holds (from the front and the side), and escape a bear hug from behind. :) My only question is how do you escape someone's grip if they grab you by the wrist or arm and the attacker is trying to pull you somewhere?

i like it your video, a lot, keep your tips in mind. i believe been aware its important, but its hard. not always you are alone with a guy it means danger. entering in fighting mode anytime can ruin many oprtunities in life. my point, its that in you story you were surprised, just as the guy in the video, you still managed to fight and the guy was quite hurted, you could keep attacking him, go for a grab etc. it would be good you make a video about fighting after a surprise attack. can start in the floor or after been hit in groin anycase. pd: if i were attacking in this situation after pulling you i would go for arm control grabbing your both hands and then punching you (at least your right one). you still have you legs but i imagine difficult to get a shot hard and accurate in that position. im interested in knowing your opinion greetings

To all the ladies I say be aware of your surroundings when out in public. Put the phone away. Do not answer it until you are alone and safe. I agree with the keys in hand. Very effective. If you must, strike hard and fast, scream for help and run to safety. God Bless.

Putting the phone down, what? First u do feeling threatened is dial 911, what happens next is not important, as long ur live on 911 they can track ur phone, hear if it is urgent, the dispatcher will send a police regardless if u answer. If ur not knocked out u go for the balls, kick, knee, grab, squez, all u do to defend urself is go for the balls cause ur a girl not strong enough, go for the balls. Just go ballistick on those balls, kick, take every hundreds of a second to destroy the balls. Defending urself is a way to crush those balls, girls dont have training, so just kick the balls, over and over in every way u can.
@emiliohidalgo59277 жыл бұрын
If a guy in an elevator grabs you from behind or instantly tries to assault you in any way, you'd have a millisecond to unlock your phone, dial 911, explain the situation, and then wait 15-30 minutes. A millisecond.
